Mr. Pranshu Goel is the founder of Aethon International in LLP which was started with a belief in natural skincare products as the way forward for ecological sustainability and minimising usage of chemicals in daily skincare routine. Prior to founding Aethon International in 2016, Pranshu had been a finance professional with experience of over 11 years across investment banking (corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, private equity), corporate banking (debt syndications), international trade finance, equity investments and greenfield expansions. He last worked as Director (Finance and Strategy) with a diversified business conglomerate in Dubai. Prior to this, he has worked with corporate and investment banks including Bank of America ML , Alpen Capital (Dubai) and Motilal Oswal Securities (a large, listed financial services group in India). <br> He has rich experience across various sectors including Food Commodities, Cement, Steel, Infrastructure, Real Estate, Aviation, Renewable Energy, Natural Resources, Industrial Products and Services, Healthcare and Education He has completed his studies from London Business School, FMS Delhi (MBA) and IIT, Kharagpur (B.Tech) and has been amongst the top scorers and won various scholarships and awards during his education. Geographically, he has worked across India, Australia, Middle-East, Brazil, Canada and West Africa.

Mr. Bhuvaneshwar Goel has an experience of over 35 years in reputed organizations like BHEL, Escosrts, Uptron and Yamaha. He has largely worked on establishing collaborations with foreign companies. He is the Proprieter of NPEMC since 1990 which undertakes Electrical Power Transmission and Distribution EPC projects. He is completed his BE from REC Gwalior.
